He was extremely helpful and answered all of my technical questions. He was able to get all of my LVL needs, connectors, and provided home delivery. The lead time was less than 3days! The driver was very courteous and professional when offloading the truck and set everything safely on the driveway. In fact, some fastener connectors were missing upon delivery, I called Nick and he hand delivered them to my door step with 30mins.
