I am a realtor in North Idaho and have connected my clients with Direct Siding for quotes to have new James Hardie Color Plus siding installed to replace old or damaged siding on a couple of my listtings. Not only did the bids come in at reasonable prices, but once completed the new siding helped sell my listings quickly and at a higher price. The pre-painted fiber cement product looks really good after installation and is a very durable product that does well in the northwest climate. I will continue to refer Direct Siding to my clients. Aaron and his crew were PHENOMENAL!! As a Airbnb host we understand the power of a good review. We 13/10 recommend them! Aaron was able to fit us in last minute. We got an estimate and within 5 days we had a design, material, and work being completed! He made the process beyond easy. He’s very transparent throughout the whole process. We also were looking for people for a new door and gutters and he was able to provide amazing recommendations as well. His crew was beyond efficient. Incredibly respectful of our property. They did an absolute perfect job and actually went above what I was expecting especially for it being a last minute job. On top of that, we asked after completion if we could have some areas painted that we originally had chosen not to and he welcomed it with open arms.

DO NOT USE. Unresponsive, incompetent, sketchy crews with no supervision. We had them do a siding job about three years ago. In the process they destroyed my solar inverters, which cost me $5000 to replace. I had asked if I needed to have the solar company remove and reinstall the inverters but was told "no, we do this all the time". The worst part was they never even told me they'd broken them, I had to have the solar company come look at them and the siding crew had literally torn the wiring out from the inverters and broken the conduits to the roof- never mentioned it. They also damaged a basement window well which caused my basement to flood twice shortly after their job after never flooding in 25 years, costing me about $15K. After a great deal of frustration with my previous contractor and a few dead ends trying to find someone else, I fortunately found Direct Siding. Aaron quickly got back to my inquiry, came by soon thereafter and provided a no hassle quote, and was able to get our siding on before winter.
