Review: Extremely Disappointed with Our Kitchen Remodel Experience I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Direct Source has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. What should have been an exciting kitchen remodel turned into a long, stressful, and expensive ordeal. First, the measurements were completely off. We had to add to a wall just to make the cabinets fit—something that should never happen with a professional remodel. The quartz countertop measurements were also incorrect, and because of that, we had to purchase an additional $1,000 piece from a different company. This is my second time using Direct Source for a new build, and I am again so pleased with the results. I was able to have ALL of the features and gadgets that I wanted while staying within my budget. The cabinets are of beautiful quality. Gy went above and beyond in helping me design the layout and materials that met my expectations. I would highly recommend Direct Source based on professionalism, quality, customer service, and cost.

We really enjoyed working with Diana (primarily) and Skip and the team at the Hamilton office for Direct Source. We had already begun plans for our cabinets and Diana stepped right in and picked up where we were and ultimately delivered an awesome finished product making our home the beautiful place we hoped it would become. At the recommendation of our builder - Direct Source of Hamilton, Montana and specifically Diane Giesick was the designer of our kitchen, bath and laundry room cabinets. From the first sit down - Diane listened attentively to our desired design wants and wishes which were many!! The design, quality and appearance of each and every cabinet was exceptional!! The raves/comments from the various sub-contractors put an exclamation point to Direct Source’s work. Our builder had bid cabinets in January and later in the project told they could not be supplied. He was driving through Hamilton and spotted the Direct Source showroom. He met Bruce Barz and suggested we contact the him. My husband and I could not be any happier with Bruce Barz's guidance, design, and facilitation. We added a lazy Susan in the kitchen layout, and adjusted the island, both of which 'make my day' every day! He advised us well for a farm sink. We also ordered laundry room and master bath cabinetry. The fit for all areas was thoughtful, helpful, and very nice looking. We purchased the Shaker melamine trim with plywood centers style in linen. I used brass square handles. Really sharp! I never felt rushed or embarrassed by not knowing much about this area.
