They were at our office building delivering stuff to a different tenant and completely blocked the exit right at the start of the lunch hour. We asked them to move so that our employees could exit, and they ignored us. Thank God we didn't have clients trying to enter or exit, or nobody had a medical emergency, because we were trapped! The total lack of respect for other people is frightening. I would never use this company for my windows or doors!

Not sure why there are installation reviews.... they are a window and door supplier. I have been working with Direct for about 7 years and throughout the years they continued to show great customer service. Everyone from working with Steve our sales rep, Victor in purchasing, Jaylyn in warranty, and Tarah & Sandy! They have an amazing team that works together to make sure things get handled in a timely manor. Even their delivery drivers are respectful and helpful!

It does not surprise me that they have a 2.9 Google review score. I called on Wednesday morning first thing and requested a quote. A gentleman told me that he would hand it to the sales rep and he would have the sales rep get back with me right away. A day and a half later no one had called me so I called the office and I spoke to a young lady by the name of Ashley. She informed me that the sales rep was so busy. They just hasn’t had time to call me back and that I should wait and be patient and he would get back to me when he has time. I told her no thank you that’s not the way to start a business relationship and she laughed at me and said I wish you well and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company based on that experience alone. It tells you what it’s gonna be like throughout

How builder here - Awful service. Of all the vendors I deal with this is amongst my worst experiences. Sales process was great and smooth. Door showed up broken, which happens, we understand m. I was told I’d have the new door in 30 days. It’s been 60 days and no one will call me back or give me an update. Management doesn’t care to answer the phone or call back. We’ve reached out dozens of time with zero responses. We have no idea where our order stands.
