Dishonesty and greed at it's best. If you think that a "price for life" plan means that the price will never change? Think again. Got to love how insane this whole situation is. Sell everyone on the idea that the price will never increase, then increase the price a few years later and act like nothing happened. Good one CenturyLink, that's not going to burn your customers at all... It's not like there are several other ISP options in this valley... What a terrible joke.

On a Saturday morning they claimed there was a coverage outage for my whole area and technicians were working to restore service and it would be completed by end of the day. Evening on Saturday they said repairs were taking longer then expected and the issue would be resolved by end of the weekend. Sunday evening rolls around, still no servive. An update saying service would he restored by end of the day Monday was sent out. Come home from work Monday, still no service and no update on timeline. Tuesday evening after work i still have no service, so I reach out to get an uodate on the timeline. This is when they inform me the outage was not on them and I would need to schedule a technician to come to my house, which they would charge me for. 4 days without sevice that they said they would

Worst experience ever. It's clear they put nothing into customer service. Phone option take you on circles and never in the direction needed. I moved to connect and they took great care of me. Fast and easy. It was clear they want my business and not just my $$. And it's half the price. I'm shocked century link isn't bankrupt with how little they care.

Customer service disaster. Does this letter look like "We're shutting off your service without warning?" I don't think so. Nobody via chat (confusing) or phone (surly) can give me an answer.

No local phone. No service response on other numbers. Glad I left them. Trying to return router. No help.
