Dirt Boys Inc

We started the repair of the tennis court this week. We pulled the pavers and cut out the asphalt and had everything ready for a load of fill clay. We called Dirt Boy for a load of clay. They no call no showed Monday. Phone call FROM US TO THEM late Monday revealed they had "two sick drivers". Rescheduled for yesterday. I had errands to run while Billie waited for them. Around 4:15, I went to my office upstairs to see 3 messages from Dirt Boy. I listened to them and the first was to tell us he was getting the load but lost the address and directions. The next messages are more agitated we haven't called with directions. I called and heard a very agitated man on the other end. I explain Billie does not have a cell phone and wasn't in my home to hear it ring. Man tells me get my dirt somewhe

WOW. Simply a frustrating attempt to get ANY response from this company. First contacted this company on June 2, 2021 to get an estimate on land clearing at home site that was 1500 feet down the road from a work site they were at! Left detailed request of clearing, location and address along with the bordering property address's so there would be no confusion. Since June 2, 2021 I have contacted company on 2 other occasions. I have had ZERO response as of August 4, 2021! So if you wish to try and hire a LOCAL company that understands the meaning of professionalism, courtesy and customer service please save yourself what i am sure would be huge headache and look elsewhere. NONE of the traits you would want in a business are found here.

It is challenging to get them to answer their phone. Their drivers routinely speed through my neighborhood. When I called, the lady who answered displayed a lack of concern. I do not recommend supporting a company that does not show respect for the community they serve.

Love dirt boys!! Dropped 8 loads of clay/sand to fix our private road. Then came and brought 6 loads of recycled concrete. Couldn't ask for a better company to assist us in fixing our road! Highly recommended!!!

Was told to text to a certain # with all my information. I already rented a loader to move the dirt. They said when I called today they don't do it that way. Liars. Never again. I should sue them for the price of the loader.(rental)
