Charlie saved our bacon. Emergency drainfield and distribution box repair right before we had our closing next week. Reasonably priced too. Worked long hours until the job got done. Was the only guy to call me back of the three businesses I tried. Highly recommended. My 7 year old son even said to give him 5 and a half stars! Would use him again. Hope to not have to haha. Not all heroes wear capes. Some are dirty and covered in septic water. Thank you Charlie.

We were in the process of selling our home and found out we needed work done on our septic. I called Dirt Dog Drainfields early on a Saturday morning and Charlie responded right back to my call and quickly scheduled the work to be done. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and answered any questions we had. The first day Charlie stayed past dark...we actually told him he should stop for the night, get some rest. The next morning he was back at 6am! We were amazed by his work ethic...you don't see that a lot these days! Amazing is absolutely an understatement. One week after my husband and I found out we were expecting a little one our entire drain field failed. It was obviously not in the books for us to have our backyard torn apart to have the entire system replaced. Charlie and his team came in and SAVED us! Charlie kept an open line of communication through the entire process and never failed to reassure us that everything is going to be taken care of. Not only did they fix the issue within a matter of days but they made our property look even better than it did before. Charlie even went the extra mile to help us out by widening our driveway and clearing out some unwanted trees. I would recommend him without question! We need more people like Charlie in this world!
