Discotto Appliance & Rich – Honest, Persistent, and Got It Right My dishwasher suddenly stopped filling with water (error code, no water entering the tub, total shutdown). I called Discotto Appliance, and Rich, the owner, came out himself the next day. This turned out to be one of those maddening, intermittent problems that didn’t reveal itself on the first visit. Rich spent well over an hour the first time testing pressure, valves, sensors, and wiring — everything checked out, yet the machine still refused to fill consistently. Instead of guessing or pushing an expensive part replacement, he was upfront: “I don’t want to throw money at it until we’re 100% sure.” He took extra time gathering data and even asked me to run a few cycles and text him exactly when/if it failed again.Sure enoug

Top notch! Luiz called me back immediately and came out quickly to diagnose our dishwasher. Came out within a few days to fix it. Professional, friendly, and was patient with my many questions (I love to learn about the different things contractors/techs work out at my house). Will absolutely to go Discotto for all my future Appliance repair needs!
