Long story... I have an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty on my house. My AC went out on Thanksgiving (Nov 2022). AHS sent Beeches AC out the next day and said I needed a compressor. For the approval process, getting the part and replacing it took a month!!! Beeches AC NEVER answered the phone or returned voicemails. AHS couldnt even reach them. When they changed the compressor they told me my heat didn't work. Took another month for the approval, part and replacement. The tech then said the compressor was bad again?!?! I called to complain to AHS that I think Beeches AC is creating tickets and making money but not fixing my AC/Heat. Then Beeches AC called and said they would come out again. 2 days in a row they didnt call or show up when i had appts. 3 days later the tech comes out "to
