After struggling with his snake for 15 minutes he claimed it was clear and then immediately upsold me to fix a vent issue under my kitchen sink. I agreed and he did the work. When I got home from work, I went to do dishes and discovered that not only was the drain still clogged, but literally every pipe he touched under the sink is now leaking. I contacted Discount Contractors LLC to have a new technician sent to repair everything and they told me they couldn't send anyone for another week. Insane business model. After a miscommunication between my home warranty company, the electrician, and Discount Contractor LLC which delayed getting my water heater installed, Discount Contractors made things right and moved quickly. They made sure I was taken care of before an impending snow storm would delay it further. The office manager answers each call personally and is very helpful.

This company told me I needed a new sewer line because of tree roots. They quoted me $6500. Another company came to my home and identified a clog in my sewer line. There are no tree roots! They cleaned the clog and my home is back to functioning normal. Get a second opinion if these people come out to your home. Either they are liars or they are not knowledgeable.

We had a serious problem. Christopher, our plumbing technician, was very polite from beginning to end. He listened to my concerns and kept me informed about everything he was going to do and let me know what he discovered. Christopher also cleaned up after himself.
