Discount Cooling

As a local small business owner, I never give negative reviews but in this case, I have to. We've used Discount Cooling for years for our ice machine repairs and, more recently, our air conditioning repair. We've always had an excellent business relationship with Mike. We appreciated his professionalism & honesty. However, our ice machine was, again, having issues producing ice so we just decided to buy a new machine. Mike sold us a Scotsman ice machine & bin that he got from an associate for free. From what Mike told us, he fixed it and then it sat in his warehouse for an extended period of time until he sold it to us, for $3,000. Mike delivered the ice machine, installed it.
