It was extremely disappointing to have had an estimator come out, provide a quote, and a month later (days before the installation) learn that we were misquoted. I was very confused on how the office can have a contract for approximately a month and be reviewing the terms days before the job. What's more disturbing was how the office manager, Kaitlyn, felt the need to constantly state how their salesman was "improperly trained" and how they "should have kept eyes on him." She took every opportunity to throw the salesmen under the bus, as if he weren't apart of her team. Furthermore, after acknowledging that someone on their team makes an error or misquotes a client, then it also becomes the company's responsibility to bear the burden financially.
