Terrible!!! I went in looking for a quote on some landscaping work I wanted. The lady asked what I was thinking about getting and took my number. She said someone would come by in one or two days. A week later after no call or visit, I revisited the store, after 4 days, I explained I hadn't gotten a call or visit. I went on to say this is a bad business practice and they might want to find another person to employe. The lady stated, the person that was suppose to call/visit was the owner (figures). As of the post date, I still haven't gotten a call or visit. Its been approx 3, going on 4 weeks. Just call a say "we are extremely busy, but we expect to be free in " X" number of days" or something. But no communication is unacceptable, in my opinion. I rated them a 1 star because negative s
