After years as a loyal customer, we were abandoned without heat for three weeks in November. We were left in 40–50 degree indoor temperatures for weeks with no heat, no explanation, and no responsibility taken. They charged us for an oil delivery and never delivered it until we chased them. Their technician yelled at us on the phone, blaming us for their own miscommunication. After we asked two simple questions about a $10,300 furnace quote (brand and warranty), they stopped communicating entirely, not a single returned call or email since. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply disturbing behavior.

We have been customers for four years now! Everyone is always friendly. Our dog gets very excited anytime someone comes to the house. The driver now is always sure to leave a dog treat every time we refill!

Robyn was super helpful in my decision to switch; she and the technician were both extremely knowledgeable & friendly. She dispatched a tech to my house in a very timely manner & he was respectful of me and my home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came for a tank inspection and found a leak. They NEVER notified me of the leak. Lost 50-75 Gallons of heating oil into my dirt basement over 2.5 weeks. About a gallon every 5 hours into the earth. Hazardous material cleanup teams were on site today removing some of the contaminated sand. The owner, Lou, is the least professional individual I have ever dealt with. He actually told me on the phone that heating oil is not a hazardous material 😂. RUN to another company, a few cents extra a gallon will be worth every penny.

Not reliable waited over 2 weeks for a delivery that never came before I asked for my money back..knowing I had very little oil they told me to call when they opened to make sure my ticket was on there truck it never was they said they would make sure it was on the for tomorrow well tomorrow never came. Seriously unreliable
