Awesome place and lady at front desk is amazing

I was fixing my roof and purchased $600+ worth of materials at this location. The man behind the counter was pushing for me to buy supplies did not ask for. I manage to stand my ground and focus on the supplies I came to purchase. I bought 2 items which were incorrect, took them back requesting to exchange them for the right ones. The new items cost more, meaning I am spending more money, later to find out that I was charged %25 of the items I had returned. This charge was never expressed by any employee. I tried calling multiple times and the man behind the counter refused to identify himself proceeding to hang up the phone in a very unprofessional manner. Upon showing up at the store, I was threaten with physical force and told that the items I had purchased initially were cheaper, whic
