Distinctive Carpet

I bought travertine to be installed around my back patio and pool area. This was quite a splurge for me so a flawless installation was critical. The ladies in the office were very helpful and reassuring that everything would be handled well, and it was! Workers showed up as scheduled and completed the job quickly. My outdoor area looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier!

There products are just ok. They sub contract the labor to install and the guys they hire are horrible. Will not fix issues there installers make. Like putting lipstick on a pig. If you own a business and your customers are unhappy about the install you would think they would want to make it right or make sure it’s done right! They had no foreman on job! Very unorganized business including the office ladies not professional at all. I do not recommend to anyone! If your builder uses them ask for another company! Builders you need to use good companies and this is not one of them stay away!! Stay away!!!

What a mess. First of all, the lady helping us had her toddler there so she was more preoccupied with him than us, the customers. On May 21st we picked out our flooring for our new home and were told we were in budget. Everything was fine. 2 months later, the home builder advised us that they never got our selections and were going to do the basics. Apparently the woman working that day we ordered the flooring never turned in our selections. After showing the home builder proof that we were there (the copy of the order) were told it’s an upgrade and now expect us to pay $1,000 more! If this woman would have taken her child to daycare, maybe the home builder would have had the original order and our home would have been in its final stages. This place is a joke.

The best experience I could have possibly had. Andrea was very helpful in picking out all of our flooring!!!

Called them today, scheduled an estimate and they said they’d come for an estimate and never showed up.
