I am blown away. I hired Distinctive Colors Painting to finish a DIY job that we started but couldn't finish due to high vaulted ceilings. They gave us a very reasonable quote, they were extremely friendly and professional, and they did an amazing job. Oscar worked quickly and got much more done than we expected in the 8 hour day we paid for. Once he finished the agreed upon job, he painted an additional hallway to fill the remainder of the 8 hours. I appreciate this because he could have easily worked slowly so as to not have time for additional work. The work was clean and precise. He cleaned up after himself and left our house honestly cleaner than it was when he arrived. Without even asking, he repaired some damaged wall with texture in our foyer and painted it. 2-1/2 days and basically you can’t recognize the inside of our house. It’s remarkable!! My wife picked the colors, Steve agreed and they were right its nice for sure. Thanks Steve and thanks for leaving our house clean as a whistle.

Steve was awesome to work with and his crew did a great job. We did a full house renovation- they smoothed our walls, painted the whole interior of our house, painted cabinetry and stained our white oak cabinets as well. I highly recommend!!

. We built a custom home for the first time, and our contractor hired this company to handle the painting. Overall, the wall paint was done beautifully, and we were very happy with that portion of the work. However, I would not recommend them for cabinet painting. This project was completed about two years ago, and the paint used on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets has not held up well. The finish appears to be poor quality and not suitable for areas exposed to water and moisture. Any time water or moisture comes into contact with the cabinets, the paint begins to peel. I’m confident this is an issue with the type of paint used, because in my previous home I had the kitchen and bathroom cabinets professionally painted as well, and I never once experienced peeling even in high-moisture
