Their installers are great and will take care of everything for you! Bring your own general contractor and they will coordinate with them for a smooth seamless renovation project! Highly recomended!

Lets start off by saying this company provides the cabinets for the largest residential builder in South Florida. "L****r". Distinctive Kitchens & Baths provided and installed the cabinets in my home. The doors on all the cabinets throughout the home were not the doors I chose from the showroom and when I brought this to the attention to the builder, they said "yes they are, and our cabinet contractor confirmed they were". Distinctive Kitchens & Baths gave the builder a letter in writing confirming they were the same cabinet. The shaker style door I chose did not have vertical seams and they were a solid one piece. The shaker cabinets installed, had vertical seams in the corners and were a 5 piece cheap door that rattled. I brought a picture of the cabinets I chose from the builders

Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. The cabinets installed by Distinctive Kitchens and Bath were in poor condition, with significant damage, including chipped corners, numerous dings along the edges, and marred frame faces. We had to strongly advocate for the replacement of these damaged cabinets, as the initial solution proposed by the company was to repair the existing ones. Buyer beware ! 😒 I purchased a brand new home with a major home builder who used Distinctive kitchens to provide and install them. The shaker doors are cheaply made and you see the seams. The other day I contacted Distinctive kitchens , Only because they supplied my kitchen cabinets and I asked them to help me with adding upper cabinets to the existing cabinets. The extremely nice woman who tried to assist me with locating the plans so they would have an understanding of what I wanted to add. After waiting nearly 3 weeks the extremely nice salesperson could not help me getting the pricing and told me to ask for Juan who was in charge of the pricing. After finally receiving the pricing I could not believe what Distinctive cabinets wanted to charge me to add 7,8 upper cabinets ,fillers

Last Tuesday, during business hours, we stopped by your showroom located on Clint Moore Rd. The door was open and we walked in. There was group of three people and a man that appeared to be an employee. No one talked to us or looked at us. After browsing around for about 15 minutes, we approached the gentleman to ask if he worked there, and he said that he was a "designer." I guess he was too important to take 10 seconds to say hello, I am sorry I cannot help you right now but thank you for coming in.
