Distinctive roof services had installed my roof a little over a year ago. We had some heavy rain over a 24 hour period and we could hear some rain dripping into our attic. I contacted Jason and within 24 hours they had people on site to inspect and determine any fixes that would need to be made. They checked the attic space for clues to where the rain may have dripped in, and also went up on the roof to inspect it and see if anything seemed wrong. They found the problem, removed and replaced the shingles found to have been damaged during installation by an underlying bracket (which was a simple random accident), and did this all in the same day.
