Well, they had the Granite I was looking for......however the installation methods are a bit antiquated, .....using good guess work to fit the tile and install by the seat of their pants. Folks are friendly, but when it came to the install it could have been better. You watch on TV how it fits together well, nice and smooth cuts and the like......guess Ditco needs to watch some TV. When complaining they sent the same folks out that did the install.....think he was going to critique his work? I would not recommend this establishment for a good quality install.

They installed some beautiful bathroom countertops. I was so impressed with all of the help in making my selection, the customer service, and the top notch craftsmanship. The installers and Anna were so professional! The entire process was hassle and worry free. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best place to buy any type of tile near the woodlands. Anna is so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help us with our bathroom remodel even coming to our home to advise our tile installers. I highly recommend Ditco Ceramica.

Agree with previous reviewer that the sales people are nice and they have quality tile and granite but the installation and grout that was used in our kitchen and bathroom renovations was either installed poorly or is a bad product. They do not stand by their work, we have mismatched caulk and grout and grout that is crumbling and after saying they will make it right have not done so. Do your research and find a reputable contractor that will stand by their work and word, our completed product is surely not something they would post on their website!
