We had an amazing experience with Divine Design. They were very knowledgeable and guided us through our kitchen renovation from start to finish. They communicated well, their installers were professional, and their prices are amazing!

William is good, great designer. However we ran into many communication issues along the way that honestly could have been easily avoided. William would raise our concerns to Luis as he seemed to understand the communication gaps. Luis was very dismissive. He kept on saying the issues were not issues but miscommunications because “they were too busy”. Not to exactly what a customer wants to hear when making such a sizable purchase- an entirely brand new kitchen. It wasn’t until our in-house custom built piece was excessively delayed that Luis finally acknowledged & gave us a short apology via text - an apology only prompted after I texted (again) expressing my disappointment.
