Drew (and his team) are amazing to work with. My wife and I are building our "forever" home in Gloucester, VA, and Dixie Excavating cleared the property and installed the driveway. The lot had a few challenging site conditions, but Drew could always provide excellent solutions, while keeping our satisfaction (and budget) in the forefront. More importantly (given that we live 2 hours away), he kept me apprised of the progress, and sent daily texts/pictures. His team takes a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. As a General Contractor with 30+ years of experience, I would HIGHLY recommend his services for all site development activities.

Drew and his crew just installed a 50' x 24' pad at our house for a new garage and carport. They were very professional, quick, and thorough. They even entertained my curious 7 year old with helping rake dirt before he had to go to school. I really appreciate them taking the time to include him. I will 100% recommend them to anyone!
