Dixie Interiors

Dixie was hired by my contractor in 2018 to carpet my home after a fire. I had to meet with them 8 time because the work was done so poorly. The final time I met with the general manager, Chuck. I showed him it wasn't tacted down properly, was cut short, and the corners had little detached patches in them. Chuck said to me " well what do you expect its carpet" I told him I expected it to fit the space and not have patches. He didn't answer, walked out of my house and talked to my contractor outside. After 20 min I went out there and asked what was going on. Chuck didn't say anything to me, got in his truck and drove off. We had to hire another company to tear out the carpet and replace it. In my opinion they were unprofessional, did miserable job and should stick to carpeting old apart

Aaron is by far one of the best representatives I've worked with. With 11 years of experience in the industry, his responsiveness and communication skills are exceptional.
