Dixieline Lumber and Home Centers

Everyone here is so helpful and polite. Well done to the training staff. Its always a pleasure coming here each week to pick up supplies for my work. Today Alex Hernadez and his team helped me with a multitude of questions that I had and needed help facilitating my order. Once again thank you.

Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this Dixieline location. I was called twice by their staff confirming that my material order was ready for pickup. Both times, I drove to the store with my employees — taking time out of our workday — only to find out that the material wasn’t actually there. This shows a serious lack of organization, communication, and professionalism. As a contractor, my time and my crew’s time are valuable, and it’s unacceptable for a supplier to give false confirmations twice in a row. I expected better coordination from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience showed incompetence and poor management of orders. I won’t be trusting this location again for future material pickups.

This location is small but in ways is their service. Friendly and helpful. Came here to get copies of keys made. Went to the information desk area and asked to have the keys made. The person directed me to where to go and the tech was there before I even got there! Wow. That was service and I didn't have to wait.

Not a good vibe. Cashiers are doing their own thing and you just stand there waiting for them and they don't even apologize for not being fast.

Because Dixieline has its own lumber yard. It has a great selection of lumber and building supplies. However, I ran into a big snag in the window in the door department. Trying to accomplish anything there took me close to a month and about five trips because they will not answer the phone
