This was the worst experience we ever had. Workers do not show up when they were supposed to and some acted like they didn’t know what the were doing. 1 day above pool install took 2 weeks and they left the pool liner full of wrinkles. I have videos of them talking and playing in the water. I reported this to owner and he said for me to push them out with my feet. Oh that was what I paid you for. I reported over and over about the wrinkles. Now let’s talk about my yard. Buy the way I had to hire some to come fix it. The yard was in such bad shape the fence company would not put the fence up. Dixon cost them a who days work. I had to threaten to go to news 2 to get things done. Pictures are better than a thousand words.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pool builder. The sales representative was not honest about costs and timelines, which made the process even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and seeking recent, verified reviews before hiring this company. The good reviews posted here might be from the company itself.

I had a similarly bad experience with their sales guy. They're not licensed and had me go through the hassle of getting a pool permit and paying all the fees, and then he backed out and refused to take the job. honestly it felt like he just found a bigger project somewhere else. It wasted both my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any project.

Dixon Pool installed my pool without a permit issued by the city because they never followed up with the requirement for the application. I just found out this week. I emailed them about the permit, and they never responded. In addition, during first summer, the pool stayed dirty and full of algae. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. During the second summer, the filter broke. Broke meaning that the shell of the filter actually cracked. I had to haven other company to come and replace the filter. That was when we found out that the sand was never put in the filter in the first place. When I call Mario at Dixon, he refused to help. He kept saying that he asked me if I saw any sand on the bottom of the pool the first summer, implying it was my responsibility for not catching their mista

Simply a note of recognition and appreciation for Pat’s professionalism, knowledge and patience in guiding a new PDC spa owner. Pat helped me through the learning curve, rather than cliff, regarding spa setup, startup and maintenance of my PDC Luxury Series Biscayne Spa.
