Not very impressed with their deep clean service, I had gotten two quotes for a deep clean including a family room, Kitchen, living room, two bed rooms, and two baths. The service I received was less than a regular cleaning, there was still crumbs and dust particles on the kitchen counter, blinds did not get touched, the sliding glass door in the kitchen did not get touched, dust particles still on top of microwave, cupboards did not get wiped down, I was told they would clean the walls and doors and there were still some doors that did not get washed, light switch overs still had dust build up on them, scuff marks still on the walls, and while I was at work I received a phone call about my daughters room being more messy than expected and that they would not clean the walls due to the mes

Wow. Just wow. My house is SO clean and I'm so happy with the service! Scheduling was easy and they worked with my weird schedule since I work nights. Great customer service! They showed up on time after sending a few reminders they were coming. I liked the reminders so that I could make sure it was in my calendar correctly. They were meticulous and she even oiled my piano and TV stand! The bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom and my railings were so clean they were a different color 🤣 I also REALLY liked that they had me check every room to make sure I was happy with the level of cleaning they did! They did such an incredible job!
