John and Charles have been battling a yellowjacket issue I developed this year. They have been courteous and prompt each of the times they have come out doing follow up. Charles did 2 of those visits. He spent the time downstairs to finally see what the issue was. I had 3 nests outside low on the house which were dusted and I sealed them up after they died down. The 3rd visit I was still getting yellowjackets in the basement which didn't seem right. Charles stated he did not like to go away without an answer and after a while voila, a fourth nest but this one was up high outside on the old chimney and they were making their way down in the house. Happy to say the problem seems fixed now. I have a better sense of what to look for now.

Take their time with you an your issues. Had those pesky little ants an 1 treatment pretty much took care of them. They came back an baited with a different product an been ant free since. Also had 2 different locations of yellow jackets. Anb1 time treating them. No more yellow jackets to worry about. Reasonably priced an helpful. DJ Bug away is the way to go. Thanks guys.

DJ Bugaway is always efficient and completely takes care of the issue! We have used them several times at our home over the years and are always very thankful for their service.

If zero was an option, I would pick it. they gave an estimate but then said they would be here at 2:30. It’s now 5 o’clock and they ain’t getting here then when you call no one wants to pick up. Bad Business
