I am thrilled with my new fireplace and the service I received from DJ Cross. They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable, and communication was outstanding. My fireplace renovation required stone facade to be removed and reinstalled, which could have been problematic however rhe DJ Cross technician had great experience and did an excellent job. My fireplace looks great and provides the extra warmth i was looking for in my home!

Every step of the process—from estimate to completion—was excellent. Our project involved both storm damage repair and code updates. Every question was answered clearly and patiently. Our 60-year-old chimney required careful brick matching. Since the original neighborhood brickyard is still in operation, we asked that they use the same source. To my surprise, the team even made a special trip a week before work began to confirm the match—attention to detail I rarely see in older home remodels. The work was carried out precisely and the cleanup was spotless. DJ Cross delivered a 10/10 experience, and I would hire them again without hesitation.

On time, professional, knowledgeable. Explained services and made sure I had understanding of stove operation. Very nice technicians, cleaned up after work will have them out for routine maintenance moving forward!
