D.J. Small Plumbing, Heating & Pumps

Called DJ small plumbing, June 11th. It's been crickets ever since never got a call back. Understand If a company is busy, but you shouldn't have an answering machine to take messages.If you're not going to return calls Don't waste your time calling.

We had a major clog in the kitchen, and as always, I gave D.J.Small a call, and as always, they came over and did an amazing job. I called DJ Small Plumbing for the first time due to an emergency service. I was very impressed with their quick response and affordable rates. They could not have been more professional. They explained their rates over the phone before telling me someone could be there shortly. When the service tech named Andy arrived he was great. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all my questions.He was great and when I had other questions that were not related to my service call, he explained those to me also. What a great employee and I would recommend them to anyone that requires a plumber! Thank you for the great service!

I Called D.J. Small Plumbing because our kitchen sink wasn't draining. Andy and Andy showed up promptly and spent over an hour trying to solve the problem to no avail. They were professional and answered all my questions patiently. Andy and Andy were very thorough and tried several things, including running a line through the kitchen sink and using a plunger. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars: unfortunately, the plunger caused a leak in the sink basket and they replaced it--but charged us for it. We didn't have a leak before they used the plunger (my husband had inspected underneath the sink earlier that day).

I had a great experience with these guys! One of my hot water lines sprung a leak and left us without hot water. They not only got back to me very quickly they also were able to send someone out and fix it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and their quality of work was amazing! I highly recommend them.
