I do not recommend this company at all. I called for an AC issue and was promised a technician at a certain time — nobody showed up. No call, no text, nothing. When I finally got in touch, they acted like it was no big deal and tried to reschedule days later. On top of that, the technician who eventually came seemed rushed and unprofessional. The “repair” didn’t even fix the issue, and when I called back, they stopped responding. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that claims to be reliable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
