Dk Appliance Repair

My home warranty asked for a second opinion on whether or not my dishwasher worked properly. They assigned DK to the task. The repair person was very polite and confirmed with me that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. Upon leaving my house, the repair person insured that DK would contact my home warranty company with the report stating that I needed a new dishwasher. A week pasted and DK failed to send the report to my home warranty company so the home warranty company reached out to DK and asked for the report. Another week passed by and again my home warranty Company reached out to DK asking for the report two more days pass by no report, finally the report came in and it answered a question that was not asked the report stated that the dishwasher drained properly, but that was never

I would not recommend them. We had issues with our washer, and our insurance company sent them out for the repair. The man who came out said he had to order a part, and he would contact me when the part came in to fix the issue. I tried contacting them 5 days later, and received no response. The next day, the insurance company contacted me saying that DK had contacted them saying they didn’t know how to fix the issue. They wasted our time rather than admitting up front that they couldn’t fix the issue. Another appliance company came out and fixed the issue the same day. Thankfully, we mentioned this to our insurance, and they are working to remove them from their call list. Take your business elsewhere!

Rude and Unprofessional. My insurance company contracted them for fixing my dishwasher. They never came on sight to see the issue and claimed to have ordered the part that my dishwasher required. They then said that they would come between 9 to 9:45 three days later. After setting time aside for their technician, not only did they fail to inform me of their absence, when questioned I was told I was crazy for only being available in the morning time. The rude and arrogant lady on the phone ended up cancelling my service request entirely, rather than tryin to accommodate me later in the day. This company wasted 4 days of my time, time I could have spent else where for a contractor that actually cared about good business.

I have used this company a few times and they have been great for me. I called them for my refrigerator, my washer and, most recently, my mom's washer and dryer. Each time, they have diagnosed the issue and made the repair just as they said. This last time I called was for my mom's washer and dryer. Both of them were purchase 20+ years ago. The problems were diagnosed and both needed parts ordered. The washer was repaired within a week, but the dryer part took several weeks, probably due to covid-19 delays. Outside of the delayed part, I have been pleased with their work, timeliness, and price.

Came to our house. Did some "repairs", took the service fee, and told us that the warranty company would contact us in 24 hours. 4 days later I find out that the warranty company records show that the initial service call has not happened. Called DK Appliances and their phone does not ring any more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
