He quickly determined the window itself wasn’t the issue and identified other likely sources, all without charging a service call fee. AMAZING service and quality work. Last year I brought in a broken window on a 100+ year old house and DK repaired it and reinstalled the glass beautifully. Today I went back with a small piece of glass I broke on a shadow box that I thought would be too small a job for them. “We can do it” is the answer I got both times at a reasonable price.
