During a scheduled delivery (after the delivery was officially completed and documented with photo confirmation), staff began yelling that I would need to take the package back and return later, despite the delivery being assigned for that time and the business being open and operating as usual. As I returned to my vehicle, two employees ran after me while recording video. One employee shouted, “I’m recording everything,” approached me, opened my car door without my consent, threw an object inside the vehicle (which was my delivery package), slammed the door, and shouted profanity before leaving. This conduct was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Unauthorized access to my vehicle crossed serious safety boundaries and created a legitimate concern for personal security. I am curr
