I called DK. Around 11:43 roughly 17 minutes before they close. It was the coldest day of the year. The receptionist assured me that someone would be there no later than 430. They were very professional and reassuring that I will get the service today. Within 40 minutes the van pulled up to my house. Ben, the service technician was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable was in and out less than 20 minutes. Explained what he was doing, told me and gave me great tips on how to maintain my furnace. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service. Great company!!!!

Called D.K. Sledzik for no heat. A serviceman was at our home within 10 minutes of the call. Fixed our problem and restored our heat within a short time. Chris did a great job. I recommend this company for heating & air conditioning contracts for your home.

Don’t use this company!!!! They Will not come to your home 24/7 in an emergency. Repeat they WILL NOT GO TO YOUR HOME. Doesn’t matter what the issue is, I had a broker leaking water pipe from boiler and 3 inches of water and I’m under contract with them. Didn’t matter. They will NOT SEND ANYONE. DO NOT USE THEM
