Kim was so rude to me on the phone. I have never written a negative review but I’m in shock. I understand I am not the only one. I would never use this company due to one phone call. I am an avid DIYer and have had several kitchens remodeled by contractors. I have never experienced a call like this. I just had to share this for others who may be checking reviews.

Very nice staff to tell us about the different countertop materials. Excellent selections of colors, explained costs, delivery, and will cut in your sink and mount it. I'm sure glad Cody from HBP referred us to them, great company to do business with.

We Sat down with Kim Part ownner and she had a attitude! But we still needed a Contractor if using them and there were a few we called and they didn't want to work with them!Didn't go with them and their prices were Higher than Hoods and they Both get the Onyx from Kansas. So No they waisted our time!Loved Hoods and all of our stuff was Beautiful!

DKI did an excellent job constructing a custom table with the new Formica for my 23 year old son to use as a work/dining table. It did seem excessively priced but my son loves it. I was able to get this done in spite of the young red head RKI designer's attempts to derail the project; and repeatedly had to have measurements corrected. For your next project, don't bother with RKI.

We had DKI remodel our kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms. The cabinets & countertops all turned out great and the carpentry work that was done in our kitchen is 2nd to NONE. Bob was our installer and he took immense pride in his work, something that is really lacking nowadays. I highly recommend this business, very professional from top to bottom.
