DL Smith Electric

Had an issue with a couple of floor outlets- I called to schedule service and was able to have a technician out within the week. The service scheduler was easy to work with, my electrician introduced himself when he arrived, and cleaned up any mess made while working. I looked up the staff on the website the COO is especially attractive.

I brought this company in to do a simple installation of (3) Electrical Fixtures in my home. The Technician was in my home for not more than 3 hours (He had to leave twice and was gone for more than an hour) and I was charged 4.5 hours of labor and over $300 in parts for less than 20ft of Conduit and Electrical Wire with 3 Junction Boxes and 3 Outlets. I would not let these people do work on my home again without seeing an actual bid. The Work is quality, but the bill I got is not anywhere near the ballpark for the amount of work done.

I only review 5 star venues. Conner, who gave me estimates three times, is excellent. Early for our scheduled estimate, extremely helpful with his critiques and what DL Smith could/would do. Prices were competitive & reasonable. Jason & Chris arrived early for appointments. Respectful & informative. The workmanship excellent. Conner came a 2nd & third time because I kept thinking of other work I wanted. Thank you, DL Smith

The receptionist is incredibly rude. She hung up one me twice for no apparent reason. I would not recommend calling into the mainline if you need help with something

Jason has done amazing work for our parish. He consistently exceeds my expectations (and I am quite demanding). I trust DL Smith, and Jason specifically, to take care of our parish needs when it comes to improvements, repair, or general maintenance.
