Crews were clean and very respectful of my home. The owner and foreman were available and oversaw every aspect of the work.

We are the proud owners of a Doug Lewis renovation property! The experts at DLRVA took our Monument Hills brick rancher from the 1950s to the very best of today's design trends and quality. Their floorplan vision and updates made the house live much larger. We are especially pleased with the updated open floorplan kitchen and the addition of an owner's suite walk-in closet and luxury bathroom. We had very few issues and each of those was met with a turnaround time that was truly quick, thorough, and appreciated. Having a Doug Lewis home has been a real blessing.

We had them work on an addition to our house. Adding a new floor. Doug Lewis is extremely unprofessional! Many mistakes were made and there was no sense of urgency to fix them or empathy towards us especially when one of the mistakes was on the roof which ended up flooding the house and making us move out for months. In addition, Doug Lewis does not pay his subcontractors on time, if at all. To a point that one of them took a lean out on our house and threatened to sue if they didn’t get paid. We had to pay them out of our pocket even though we had already paid Doug Lewis for these services. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do the job.

Doug Lewis Remodeling is a wonderful company to work with. I loved my finished product. Everyone involved in my remodel was very polite and professional. Communication is the key to making sure a big or small project goes smoothly. Doug Lewis and his team were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I will defiantly call Doug Lewis for my next project!

Terrible experience refinishing my floors. The work was very poorly done and the customer experience was terrible. I have been trying to get Doug to examine his team's work for more than a year with no action. He freely admits there was something wrong with the work and that this has happened to another customer of his but will not work with me to resolve or respond to my communications. The price tag for the work was ~$5k and I am left with embarrassing hardwood floors (puddles of poly, poly and scratches coming up all over). We were surprised because of the good reviews but I would highly recommend working with a different team.
