DLV Roofing and Exteriors

I can not say enough good things about my experience with DLV Roofing! From the initial meeting with Tim and Paul to inspect my roof, helping me select the shingle color, explaining the entire process and the timeline. Every step was done as scheduled, on time and in a very friendly yet professional way. Either Tim, Paul or John were on site for the majority of the project and the crew were wonderful. The roof was done in little over a day and everything was cleaned up and you would never know they were there (except for my beautiful new roof). I needed to get paperwork and Abby in the office was also so friendly and efficient. The last time I had a roof put on was a nightmare and I dreaded having this job done. But DLV made it so easy! DLV did an amazing job we could not be happier with their company from the initial quoting by Nathan who is a superstar! Cares very deeply about getting the job done exactly right and followed the progress with daily updates! The crew was amazing as well, very friendly like having family around making sure every nail was put in the right place! Amazing experience!

Spectacular work by this fine company! Got a quote that beat all the competition and they were extremely fast, honest and efficient. If you’re in the Lowcountry you have to use this company. They’ve been around for a long time and there’s good reason. My gutters look excellent! Use them ASAP!

After a major mishap on Day 1 left me uneasy, DLV addressed the issue head on and exceeded my expectations throughout the rest of the project. You can really tell the integrity of a company by how they respond when issues occur, and I was impressed by DLV. Good communication, good PMs (Paul, Nate) good product. Especially impressed with their cleanup: no trash, no nails, no pieces of shingles left behind.

Starting with John Burley the experience was awesome. He talked me through several options and truly cared what was best for me. Tim was the roof boss and the work was done quickly and professionally. They took care of all permits and the clean up was superb. I couldn’t tell they were there except for the beautiful new roof. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
