Update: After my review, the company contacted me and issued a full refund of the deposit. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right. The initial situation was annoying, but their follow-up showed good customer service. I will give them another opportunity in the future. Initial: I called to have service and they took $115 deposit for trucks and gas. I cancelled the service less than 20 minutes later because the issue was resolved. The service window was still over two and half hours away, but they still kept the deposit. I should have made them drive out to me anyway since they kept my deposit. I give this team 5/5 stars. Great customer service, on-time, respectful, and informative. They helped diagnose an issue with the HVAC system and got it up and running quickly. Sefton, the Tech, was a great help.

Cleaning of my air conditioner. Very nice man at my door. He was here on time . I really am surprised how he clean and connected everything back together a very big job.
