The price they quoted was solid with no hidden or unexpected fees at the end. They have so many options, the hardest part was picking out just the right style for my home. My husband and I were looking to update our stairway railings. Our original wood railings from 1990 really made our home feel very dated. We had an idea of what we wanted. Doug and his crew brought us some books to look thru . They knew exactly what we were looking for . They took the old railings down, installed the new ones and we could not be happier with how they turned out. What a huge difference . They showed up when they said they would, they were kind, courteous and cleaned up when the job was complete.
