We recently hired DMI Construction to do a full remodel on our master bathroom. Danny is very detailed, meticulous, prompt, & organized, which is exactly what you want for a general contractor. His quote explained exactly what he would be responsible for, and what items we would purchase. His communication to us on status & job update was daily. He estimated 5 weeks to complete. He & his crew have a lot of experience in all construction trades (demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall/stucco, painting, tile, & carpentry.) The quality of their work is excellent. I felt like Danny was doing this remodel for his master bathroom! During the construction, his crew was able to relocate electrical wiring & plumbing water lines with ease. The crew worked hard but the attention to detail wasn’t consistent throughout the project.We had to request touch ups in several areas, including paint and trim work.Scheduling was another issue, with some days where no one showed up without prior notice.The final outcome is satisfactory but the experience could have been better organized.

We hired this company for a home renovation project and while the final result was decent, the overall experience was frustrating.Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to follow up multiple times to get updates.The project also ran several weeks past the original timeline.The workmanship was okay, but not exceptional.I expected a smoother process for the price we paid.

The crew was generally polite, but the project management lacked organization.There were delays due to material ordering issues that should have been planned better.A few small details were overlooked and needed to be corrected after we pointed them out.The end result is acceptable but the process felt more stressful than it should have been.

DMI Construction just finished our garage conversion and I’m blown away by the quality.
