DMI did a fantastic job on our parking lots! Bill and Florence were easy to work with for the initial proposal, permitting and completion. Great communication. The parking lot crews made the project look effortless. Juan Carlos and Juan Diego take great pride in their work. We greatly appreciate the face lift that the new parking lots give our community. Great company , great job working with Flo in the front office and Justin was such delight. They were on time and coordinated with my company Island breeze electrical perfectly. The service techs also were vary helpful . This company gave us the the upmost service. Most definitely recommend for future projects and jobs.

Spent hours telling Flo about my jobs She said no problem I’ll get you the proposal. I never got the proposal. She said give me another day. I’ll get you everything. She never got me. She said I’ll have everything by the next Monday and she never got me anything. Is this even a real company? I literally tried to give them five jobs and they never even responded no matter how many times I called.

Worked with Flo and the crew at DMI for some curb stops. They had old ones removed and replaced within the week right before the holidays. Great service and pricing over there. Will work with them again on future commercial rebuilds.

Had to restripe fading parking space lines and tire blocks after 10 years and invited DMI to quote the project. After naming all requirements that were important to us, incl. re-numbering spaces, Justin got back to me with a reasonable quote that I gladly accepted. Subsequently the work was performed in a night time slot of our choosing on and delivered in a highly qualitative fashion. Couldn't be happier :)
