The individual who came to clean the rug was aggressive, had a poor attitude, and refused to listen to any of my concerns. I repeatedly tried to explain specific instructions regarding the rug, but he dismissed everything I said, insisting that he had been doing this work for many years and knew what he was doing. He proceeded to clean the rug inside my apartment despite my warnings that this could damage the wood flooring. He refused to listen and completed the cleaning in less than five minutes. As a result, my wood floor was severely damaged, and the rug was left completely soaked with water. When I asked him to dry it, he refused, stating it would take six hours, and then left. Rodney was very professional. He explained throughly how he would be cleaning the wood floors and wool area rugs. He also suggested the wood floor product we should be using in the future. We were very pleased with the outcome of his services. The time it took and the price were reasonable.
