DMV Duct Cleaning

DMV Green Cleaning Duct Cleaning or whatever their name. Don’t use this company. Advertise promotional $125 duct cleaning, unlimited vents, before and after pics. Estimate, $480. Nope, not me. Vents were charged, each separately, no before or after pics and after dryer vent cleaned, used dryer two days later, all the lint on ground outside. Basically, all they did was push the lint further down. BBB

Find another company there are plenty Tech was early and I allowed him inside though a lock box since he was early. He called me within 10 min he told me the current order I made wouldn't work. He said to get things cleaned the right way would be $2000.00. I was quoted $100.00 duct cleaning. I declined the extra work and wanted the work I ordered. He said it wouldn't help. I said thank you and cancelled. He then told me the drive was almost an hour long to get to my home and suggested gas money. When I said no he hung u. I showed up 10min later and saw he left the house with vents removed, damaged wall from where he looked at an intake, those screws left on the floor and the door left unlocked. I told this to the company after I saw everything and never heard back. Don't waste you time.

This company sent out a technician to service my fireplace. The technician broke my flapper and left the job without completing any work. I didn’t know he broke my flapper until the next day when they sent another technician out. The second technician explain to me that my flapper was broken.And that explains why the first technician left the job without doing anything. I haven’t been able to contact a supervisor. I left six messages and this company has not responded to any of my messages. So I’m left with the responsibility to fix what the technician broke in file claim Against this company for damages. If you’re looking for work to be done please choose another company.

We paid $600 for 30 min of work and ducts still covered in dust. This company quoted us $299 for a full duct cleaning with unlimited vents, dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning. They said it would take 3 hours. When the guy got here he immediately changed the price on everything. We had to talk him down from $800 for just the dryer and duct because he said that it was more than a maintenance clean and they had to do the sanitizing fog (which was cheaper than the full scrub). Ultimately he was here about 30min, left a pile of dryer dust in our backyard and when we removed a main vent, still see dust everywhere. No scrubbing whatsoever. When we called the main number we got a disconnect signal. He also had us pay him upfront on Venmo. Please save some money and hire a reputable company.

Had my dryer vent cleaned and had to have it cleaned again the next week. The job Eric did was the worst. When i called to demand satisfaction it took 2 weeks for the manager ( Lucas) to respond. Asked why I didn’t call to have it cleaned again by them. Can’t get any satisfaction. Run and do not use this service!!!
