I'm so pleased with the warranty service I received today! The technician Hashmat and his coworker were punctual and arrived right on time for my refrigerator repair. They were incredibly efficient, quickly pinpointing the issue with my appliance. What's more, they even had the necessary part on hand. It's wonderful when a repair goes so smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend DMV Appliances.

If I could give this fraudulent company negative stars I would. GE subcontracts with this despicable company. My glass stovetop started to form silver lines under the glass. The technician came out and sent in to GE an order for the top to be replaced. GE sent me the new cooktop which was in perfect condition. The same technician came out to install it. I asked him if he has ever installed a cooktop before and he stated only once because he cracked another customers. Right there was a red flag. When he was finished and slid my range back I saw a bunch of scratches all over the front 2 burners. I told him there are scratches and he said that it is from his gloves and they will come out and not to worry. I was in a panick. He had turned the burners on to make sure the stove worked. **NOT BBB ACCREDITED!!!** Scheduled an appointment online for 12/18 and a woman called me hounding me to move my appointment up. Guy came out on Thursday 12/11. The technician told me that the machine is working properly however after he left every load has not been spinning and draining all of the water making me do an extra spin cycle which I know is not normal. The lock is not working as well, as I mentioned to him but he told me that sometimes the lock doesn’t always have to work? Which to me is also a major concern with the machine. Also none of the lights are working except for the start/censor. How am I suppose to know if the cycle is done if none of the lights are on and the lock is not working?
