I would not recommend they loaded poorly, damaged my sofa which is less than a year old from Ashley furniture by dragging it. computer table was broken, bedroom dresser broken. 🤬

Had 2 movers help me load a uhaul and it was the best experience! Both were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Also very affordable and on time! Can't recommend them enough!

I want to start by recognizing the movers themselves — they were excellent. Professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Their attention to detail made the moving process smooth and much less stressful, and I truly appreciated their hard work. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner (Henry Ihienkonye, I believe is his name) was quite the opposite. We had already discussed the location and agreed on a price ahead of time, but the rate was changed later without proper explanation. When I questioned the change, the owner blamed it on the location — something we had already clearly gone over. On top of that, his tone during the call was condescending and unnecessarily rude. He came across as “nice nasty” — polite on the surface but with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude

Zaid and Phil from DMV Movers were kind, hardworking, and incredibly careful with our more fragile items. They stayed longer to help us wrap up the move when things took more time than we expected, and we were so grateful for their flexibility and support. This was our second time hiring DMV Movers, and once again, the experience was smooth and stress-free. The company was communicative every step of the way and stuck to the promised timeline — we’d definitely recommend them. They were a bright spot on what can be the most stressful of days!

The movers were very unprofessional with their packing of my household items. Several items were broken. There is video tape of them rambling through my personal items. I will upload a picture of the way they drop my household items off and stack them. Hi just threw things everywhere. The owner refused to replace, my dining room table said it was used and would only give me $50 for a replacement broke several bottles of alcohol in wine. I’m still currently unpacking and have not located all my items yet. I will update again once I’m complete unpacking.
