I needed a part for my heater and all the other stores which might have had a compatible part were closed for the weekend. DN Supply was nearby and open. Mark was helpful on the phone and even more friendly and helpful in-person. He made sure we found a part that would work for me that was reasonably priced. As I've been overseeing more buildings, I've needed a good plumbing supply store. DN Supply has the best selection and pricing from what I've seen. They also have all the odd bits and bobs for the old buildings I manage. In this case I was refitting a radiative water heater, but they have a nice selection of other items too. Their staff has helped answer my questions about what to use as well. Their price is good compared to big box stores such as Home Depot and Lowe's. I also noticed some of their items were a little cheaper than Amazon prices.

Had a leaking tub faucet, went to Home Depot with a broken part, they couldn’t help me. Someone suggested DN Supply, went in and Jack had found the part I needed within about 20 seconds. Pretty amazing stuff. Excellent service, everyone friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place based on today’s experience.

Helpful to me. I am an advanced amateur. They always have what I need and can order stiff like circuit boards as needed. I find their staff highly knowledgeable about installations and augmentation of systems.
