DNA Flooring

DNA Flooring was who our Lowe's had contracted through. First, Lowe's screwed up order with the wrong size/thickness of granite which we knew wouldn't work as a back splash behind the stove. The the second order came in with both pieces cracked (it was obvious Mike doesn't take a look at things first). Mike wanted me to accept and he would work around the cracks. NO. Mike sent us to another place, found 2 slabs of granite but didn't hear from Mike for over 8 days if he received what we picked out. FINALLY, txt him he called and said pieces we picked out were cracked. I didn't believe that traveling 15 min could cracked them, but Mike got snippy and I was done. I had been 3 months without my countertops. Way to piss off a customer. Nice thing is we found a much better fabricator and bett

I am not sure how they stay in business. I called for an estimate on hardwood floor and for some reason this pers Adriana I think her name is started talking down to me. I told her i need estimate for my mother condo in Vagas and she start saying we don’t do poor people condos. I told her i am not sure where this coming from and all i want her to do is take the Sprint boards back and let the ray in. She said we don’t do sprint or ray and hung up the phone. So therefore, i am forced to leave review here and in other places.

DNA was assigned to us as a installer for our countertops when we purchased them at Floor and Decor. The measurements were taken on two different occasions, one with Mike who did it by tape measure and hand drawing. The other with another gentleman I didn't get his name, but he actually set up the measurements with some sort of laser device. I would've never thought anything could go wrong. Not only are the management staff deceitful on the status of materials and production, as Fred mentioned to me on two different occasions a different status, but it seems the company isn't about customer satisfaction. I, recently went to RC Willey's to have old carpet removed and replaced with the laminate. RC Willey schedule an appointment at 8-10am with DNA flooring to drop off the laminate pieces. Salmon arrived exactly at 8 AM, and explained everything to me and told me he would arrive on Saturday at 8 AM to install the laminate. On Saturday Salmon again arrived right on time, and immediately started setting everything up, shortly afterwards his coworker William, arrived and they started getting things done. due to the fact that this was a rental property and I need to get it done fast it was nice to see how hard these guys worked and respecting my time.

Love our backsplash and fireplace. DNA Flooring is AWESOME!! Finishes are perfect. Mike was great! Coordination and communication was perfect. We are 💯 Satisfied! Highly recommend.
