I hired Greg to complete a private property inspection for a new home purchase, and I'm so glad I did! He went above and beyond, explaining everything in detail and pointing out things I never would have thought to look for. Greg was amazing, great sense of humor, transparent and friendly. He was available, on time and worked with our schedules. He took the time to look through everything along with the minor details and explained in good detail the pros and cons. We purchased our first home and were advised an inspection would delay the purchase (learning experience for first time home buyers) my husband and I were aware that there would need to be some improvements made but were unsure exactly as to which ones. Greg did an outstanding job inspecting my house. He walked me through every step of the inspection and noted deficiencies I would have never caught before my builder’s warranty expired. Knowledgeable and candid in regards to the deficiencies noted. I prefer giving my business to veteran owned, I was not disappointed. Felt better after he was done so that’s a definite plus. Greg did it right! He was able to get us scheduled quickly which was important to us as we’re wanting to close on this home asap. He was communicative leading up to the inspection. Greg showed up to the appointment with a smile on his face and a friendly attitude. He made the inspection as smooth as possible as he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and what he was looking for. He explained each issue he found and how important or not important each issue could be long term. Greg was awesome. He was able to come out with about 24 hours notice, he took his time, and educated us each step of the way. We learned so much about the house during the inspection. Will absolutely use him again in the future.
