I brought my brand-new Bandit chipper with a John Deere motor to Dobbs Equipment in Austell on Monday for DEF code issues, under warranty. The machine has only about 160 hours and had already been serviced once—successfully—at the Braselton location. I was told it would probably be pulled in the same day, but when I followed up Tuesday afternoon, it still hadn’t been touched. It wasn’t until Wednesday morning that they finally brought it in. I called again Thursday and was only then informed that a wiring harness had caught fire, which was the root of the issue. That’s a critical detail I should’ve been told about immediately. The main problem here was the lack of communication. With a machine this new, clear and timely updates are essential—especially when it’s under warranty. The Brase

You need to check your pickup trucks and see which one is FA4154 and teach him how to drive. He drives very wreakless and loves to ride about 1 foot from others bumpers while already doing 70mph in a 65mph zone coming down 27 from cedartown to Rome. He wants to fly up on your rear real fast and then ride dangerously close. I have video footage if you need it.

Good customer service I came in to haul a machine to Nebraska for a customer. They helped me unstack my trailer.
